Photo documentation by Richard Schemmerer

Chris Hagen of Powell's Books in an interview with host Leo Daedalus of the " The Late Now " show discussed his Ulysses collection during the Bloomsday 2012 event.

The synopsis was:

Everybody should at least try to read some of James Joyce's books no matter if you get it right away or never. The point is that it will inspire you to see literature in a new light.

Ulysess is not just a novel but an excavation of the minds fundamentals. The premises is that their is no such thing as an ordinary day only an ordinary way to observe it.

It was a seemingly ordinary day to begin with before Leo Daedalus invited some of his friends for a gathering and together they created an utter mind opening experience.

Time had stepped out of its frame and back on the playing field to reinvent itself.
