The coldest Night
We all grew up with fairytales of some kind and they still haunt our subconscious as we grabble with our fears intellectually to gain control over them. These paintings are in reference to some bigger tableaus that deal with the Apocalypse and the visuals we learned to associate with it. We identify with horror in many ways mostly through Hollywood imagery or earlier with religious art. This is a new take on our inner world that reels on at its own pace while we pretend everything is going to be just fine.
